Here’s our Strategic Plan & Time Line for Friends of Barnstable Harbor. This Strategic Plan will serve as map for our organization moving forward. Not unlike a road map, a Strategic Plan should be viewed as Strategic Intention. As such is should be aspirational and be both flexible and adaptable to changes in conditions.
